We've found that using a system that is not duplicatable or becoming the Health Guru will set your organization up to fall apart.  Why?  No one can be you.  Look at your system, do you have a plan in place?  A successful company always has a plan and usually a year in advance and they always review it after completion to discover if it was successful and how can make it better for next year?  Do you know what steps to take after each contact with a prospect or a member?  



Encouraging and Supporting Your Organization to Grow to it's maximum. 

Train, Train, Train.  Work on every level of your Organization, no matter how deep.  Help all your leader become the best leader using the YLSS site.  Make sure your downline members know you are available to them.  Practice and train because the more you do this, the better you will become.  

Give Incentives to Your Members

When your downline members has a party, tell them if they get 5 confirmed attendees, you'll show up.  If someone enrolls 3 new members this month, send them a little thank you (a card, an oil, a lotion, a personal phone call).  Work with and rolemodel for your Business Builders.  Teach them to do the same for their downline.

Track Your Member's Progress

Every day look at your Downline Viewer, located in your Vitrual Office on the YoungLiving.org page.  The Downline Viewer will provide you with a caption of your downline activity.  Use the Downline Viewer to help you track your organization's progress and reach out to your leaders frequently!

Help Your Organization Increase Their Volume

Plan in advance.  Recommend consumable products to your Downline.  These type of products get used up fast and need to be replaced often.
