Now you have done it all; you have your EODR, your office is set up, you've honed your Lingo skills, your Scripts are becoming your natural language, your website is up and running and you are beginning your transformation to the Young Living Lifestyle.

 

Now What?

It's time to Start Sharing.... the majority of your role is contacting people.  If you need to get better at it, then practice that.  This may be easy for you.  If it makes your heart pound and you feel like you might throw up, then you have some fear around it.  But you still need to do.  After the first couple of times, it will get easier.  If you disengage from the outcome, you won't care if they say yes or no.

You've done your job of educating them about YL.  If you don't disengage, your prospective members will feel you pushing them to your outcome and they won't trust you. Use your Business Tracking System and play around with the 100 Squares System.

 

Step 1: Create a schedule and system.  What that means is organize your time and create a schedule that reflects the outcome of your goals.  For example, if your goal is to reach Royal Crown Diamond, then you will need to schedule time for Prospecting, Presenting, FollowUp, Training & Staying Connected.  

 

Step 2: Create a list of actiion step to take with each new Prospect and Member.  What that means is to be very aware of the next contact, activity or tool you are sharing with your Prospect or Member.  For example, if you meet a Prospect and you've scheduled an appointment to speak, what's your next step, and the step after that and after that?  It should look something like this...

 

  • Schedule Appointment for review of "Introduction to the Young Living Lifestyle" pre-recorded webinar

  • Send Reminder text of Appointment

  • Speak with Prospect, schedule next Tool and next Appointment

    • Next Tool: Video of Fox News & Oil-Testimonials.com 

  • Enroll New Member, Schedule "Hour To Empower" 

  • Send Reminder Test of Appointment

  • Meet with New Member; Invite to Home Gathering or other Local Event

  • Send Reminder Text of Event, Call to confirm

  • Attend Event with New Member, Schedule next Appointment/Tool....

Your Training is Complete!  Now what?

TIPS

 

  • Becoming a YL Sponsor is an honor.  You have the opportunity to share the gifts of Wellness, Purpose and Abundance with your members and Prospective members.  Successful YL Leaders LISTEN to their downline.  They know their downline member's why and they encourage the dreams of their members.  

 

  • Remember that your training should really never end.  Always be learning and educating yourself.  Learn what the top Leaders in Network Marketing do and do it!  Attend Network Marketing Trainings, Book Groups, etc.  Read, Read, Read.  Read everything you can and incorporate the good stuff into your business.   You can also watch so many great videos these day for free on youtube.com, there is audio and video readily available for free from top leaders.  Click Here to view just a few.  



  • Just because someone doesn't want you to share with them, doesn't mean you have a bad experience.  Each experience is an experience and is an opportunity for you to learn.  Use your Business Tracking System to follow your learning experiences.
