"If I had some information that could help you with that (insert issue), would you like to hear about it?"


If yes, you say...

 

"Let's set a time for us to get together for about 45 minutes and I will share some information with you.  Would that work for you?"
 

You set up the appointment.  Set up a reminder to yourself to remind them or create a "future text" or schedule an email to be set as a reminder.  


You are in the line at the Post Office, grocery store, coffee shop, family event, wedding, kid's soccer game or graduation and you find yourself chatting with someone you know or don't know.  The subject of wellness comes up.  What do you do?  

The last thing you want to do is fire-hose them with information.
